Tiffany & Co. Creative Visual Merchandising Lead

- Collaborate with Global CVM and Market leaders to adapt global campaigns for local market initiatives, enhancing store traffic.
- Select and install merchandise for creative campaigns, ensuring impactful presentation through styling and lighting.
- Manage logistics, ordering, and installation processes for creative campaigns across all stores, addressing any collateral issues with Global CVM.
- Develop and implement training plans for creative campaign installations and maintenance with Retail teams.
- Align with Global CVM and Market stakeholders on collection placement and floorplan adjustments, providing feedback and updates.
- Ensure adherence to styling guidelines and merchandising strategy, coordinating with Retail teams on visual merchandising needs.
- Partner with Retail teams on training plans for VM standards and budgets, tracking effectiveness of product initiatives.
- Leverage CVM retail activation and in-store environment programs to support local initiatives and drive store traffic.
- Coordinate with Global CVM on renderings, budget, production, and vendor management for retail activations and events.
- Manage CVM components for new store openings and renovations, overseeing logistics and training plans.
- 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, visual display, or styling, preferably in luxury retail.
- Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies and props.
- Experience with basic construction tools and painting.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ambitious, flexible, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to present ideas effectively to diverse groups.
- Availability for extensive travel within markets.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in English and local market languages.
- Authorization to work in the specified market/region.
- Advanced organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with visual merchandising tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A minimum of 3 years in merchandising, visual display, or related fields, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
