Tiffany & Co. Cost Control Manager

- Collaborate with Project Managers, Global team, and Corporate departments to manage financial aspects of construction projects, including pop-ups and activations in the Americas.
- Conduct budget analysis and provide accurate reporting throughout the store design process, from estimates to close-out costs.
- Identify cost variances from approved budgets and alert relevant stakeholders of risks.
- Manage cost control for construction and provide KPI analysis reports for the region.
- Support Project Managers with capital expenditure requisitions and liaise with Finance.
- Attend regional store design meetings to update costs based on design changes and flag discrepancies.
- Lead and coordinate Tenant Allowance/Department Store reconciliation reports and processes.
- Monitor travel budgets for team members.
- Support ad-hoc projects in collaboration with the VP of Store Planning and Construction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Construction Management
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Coupa, Unifier, DocuSign, and SharePoint
- Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong communication, analytical, and construction drawing skills
- Strategic financial management
- Budget analysis and reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction project life cycles
A minimum of 6-7 years in construction project management, with a focus on financial oversight and cost control.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Construction Management
The hiring range for this position is $129,625-$183,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
