1. Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for corporate events, including pop-ups, PR events, large-scale HJ events, exhibitions, and internal meetings.
2. Manage all aspects of event planning, such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, logistics, guest management, catering, and on-site execution.
3. Create event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align events with company-wide goals.
5. Develop and implement event strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and public relations activities.
6. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated funds.
7. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
8. Identify and select appropriate vendors based on event requirements and budget.

1. Proven experience in planning and managing corporate and PR events within the luxury segment, particularly in jewelry and watches.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Experience in budget management.
5. Ability to unite teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
6. Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Creativity and attention to detail.
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
