- Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to align with global brand positioning across various markets.
- Oversee strategic planning and execution of interdisciplinary promotional efforts, including Communications, Media, PR, Influencer activities, and Brand Events.
- Translate centrally developed brand concepts for local execution and manage interdependencies between regional functions.
- Conduct and execute qualitative and quantitative market research, leveraging both local and central resources.
- Assess and report on competitive and cultural trends, and develop strategies for identified trends, particularly focusing on Chinese customer initiatives.
- Manage and direct advertising, media, and public relations teams within the region, maintaining strong relationships with key press and opinion leaders.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of brand voice across all touchpoints, including human resources, education, and real estate.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing communications teams across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong track record in developing and executing large-scale communications strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and analytical mindset.
