Tiffany & Co. Client Services Intern

- Manage and follow up on watch repairs in collaboration with Tiffany Boutiques and Service Centers.
- Coordinate with the logistics department for invoicing and shipment of spare parts.
- Plan weekly shipments of spare parts and watches.
- Track orders and provide client support.
- Oversee strap orders during high-end events.
- Register incoming watches to the AFSS Workshop.
- Monitor internal repairs KPIs and continuously develop related documentation.
- Collaborate with the AFSS Supervisor and watchmaker to plan weekly watch repairs.
- Participate in the development of the new Strap Order Platform.
- Communicate with suppliers to address technical and development issues.
- Update strap documentation for new collections.
- Develop new technical guidelines for Tiffany Service Centers worldwide.
- Plan guidelines based on upcoming collections and new developments.
- Create guidelines in alignment with Tiffany & Co. corporate visuals.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal and external processes.
- Assess and optimize workflows and processes.
- Monitor the success of new initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a University degree in General Business.
- Able to provide an internship agreement with a school.
- Available to start in May or June 2025.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to build successful, collaborative, and trusting relationships.
- Strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and solving problems.
- Appetite for training and digital proficiency.
- Aptitude for providing clear and concise communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Product sensitivity and a strong interest in watchmaking.
Beginner level experience is acceptable for this internship position.
Currently enrolled in a University degree in General Business.
