Tiffany & Co. Client Relations Coordinator Intern

- Assist in developing and implementing tools for enhanced data capture of key client information, focusing on VVICs, VICs, and high-potential clients.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client portfolios, supporting the development of significant client relationships through data migration in Salesforce and Brilliance.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations team on local client activation strategies.
- Support regional clusters with client gifting needs and establish a tracking system for gifting activities within the EMEA region.
- Assist in the creation and execution of personalized client experiences.
- Provide on-site and administrative support during client events, including RSVP management, appointment scheduling, and preparation of welcome packs and itineraries.
- Follow up on client treatment chargebacks with regional clusters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, and clienteling profiles
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Passion and creativity in client relationship building
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
