- Lead the enhancement of client experience at the Ginza Flagship Store, collaborating with various departments to promote brand elevation and foster long-term client relationships through client development and in-store events.
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage and enhance the synergy between the VIC Lounge and the store and café, providing creative client experiences.
- Oversee client development at the Ginza store, working with store staff and stakeholders to strengthen client engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of annual KIH events at the Ginza store, serving as a communication liaison both internally and externally.
- Optimize the use of the VIC Lounge within the Ginza store to deliver exclusive client experiences.
- Strengthen the integration between the store and café to achieve superior client experiences.
- Experience in planning and executing events for high-end clients.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Experience in high-end client interaction, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong sense of urgency and communication skills.
- Ability to manage the dynamic aspects of the luxury business.
- Capability to train, develop, and delegate to lead a team to success.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in cross-functional and cross-business area partnerships with positive commercial outcomes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
