1. Lead the enhancement of client experience at the Ginza Flagship Store, collaborating with various departments to promote brand elevation and foster long-term client relationships through client development and in-store events.
2. Develop and implement strategies to leverage and enhance the synergy between the VIC Lounge and the store and café, providing creative client experiences.
3. Oversee client development at the Ginza store, working with store staff and stakeholders to strengthen client engagement.
4. Lead the planning and execution of annual KIH events at the Ginza store, serving as a communication liaison both internally and externally.
5. Optimize the use of the VIC Lounge within the Ginza store to deliver exclusive client experiences.
6. Strengthen the integration between the store and café to achieve superior client experiences.

1. Experience in planning and executing events for high-end clients.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
3. Experience in high-end client interaction, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
