1. Develop and execute client strategies to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales in collaboration with the Client Experience Director and CRM office staff.
2. Drive client development activities in stores by working closely with store staff.
3. Plan and execute engaging events to enhance customer experiences and brand engagement.
4. Utilize global tools such as DDC and Brilliance to acquire and manage customer data effectively.
5. Manage logistics and administrative tasks for seamless event operations, including invitations, guest lists, and travel arrangements.

1. Over 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail sales, or CRM-related roles.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the retail business.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
4. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
5. Permission to work in Japan.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail environments, focusing on sales or CRM.
