1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of clienteling data specific to the UKIN market to identify key trends and opportunities.
2. Design and implement data-driven action plans for UKIN retail teams to enhance clienteling performance.
3. Monitor and adjust action plans to optimize results and achieve desired outcomes.
4. Oversee the integrity and strategic use of the client database for the UKIN market.
5. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all client database activities.
6. Track and report critical clienteling metrics, providing insights and recommendations to retail teams.
7. Lead training sessions for UKIN retail teams on clienteling tools and techniques.
8. Foster strong collaborative relationships with store managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with EMEA teams to integrate UKIN market insights into broader strategies.

1. Proficiency in advanced clienteling tools such as Salesforce and other CRM systems.
2. Experience in creating personalized client outreach initiatives.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience in luxury clienteling strategy and events.
5. Understanding of purchase history, client preferences, and cross-category opportunities.
6. Fluency in key performance indicators such as repeat purchase rate and client retention.
