- Conduct comprehensive analysis of clienteling data specific to the UKIN market to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Design and implement data-driven action plans for UKIN retail teams to enhance clienteling performance.
- Monitor and adjust action plans to optimize results and achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee the integrity and strategic use of the client database for the UKIN market.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all client database activities.
- Track and report critical clienteling metrics, providing insights and recommendations to retail teams.
- Lead training sessions for UKIN retail teams on clienteling tools and techniques.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with store managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with EMEA teams to integrate UKIN market insights into broader strategies.
- Proficiency in advanced clienteling tools such as Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Experience in creating personalized client outreach initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in luxury clienteling strategy and events.
- Understanding of purchase history, client preferences, and cross-category opportunities.
- Fluency in key performance indicators such as repeat purchase rate and client retention.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling techniques.
- Ability to lead and facilitate training sessions.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
