Tiffany & Co. Client Care Operational Infrastructure and Order Flow Coordinator

- Manage and maintain operational infrastructure for Contact Centres, including hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
- Coordinate daily management of Contact Centre and e-commerce sales orders across EMEA markets.
- Ensure inventory allocation and coordinate special orders for backorder fulfilment.
- Oversee post-sales services and non-standard last-mile delivery, resolving complex cases as needed.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Contact Centre Workforce Management applications.
- Manage primary Contact Centre operational channels, including live chat and client-facing messaging.
- Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate efficient management of client interactions and cases.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational functions and drive client satisfaction.
- Partner with IT teams to resolve issues impacting client order experience and contribute to enhancement projects.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for Contact Centre operations.
- Prior experience in a Contact Centre or retail operations role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of order flow, inventory management, and client service.
- Authorization to work in the UK.
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules, including weekends.
