- Oversee comprehensive administration duties within the Client Care Center.
- Coordinate inventory arrangements for online shopping.
- Communicate with clients regarding inventory status and delivery repairs via phone and email.
- Input and aggregate data to monitor online shopping progress.
- Support project-related tasks and internal communications with boutiques and other departments.
- Notify clients of any changes through phone and email.
- Conduct reporting and analysis tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in the brand industry.
- Experience working within a team of over 20 members for at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in communication across various platforms and with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic PC operation skills with the ability to utilize over 10 tools.
- Knowledge and experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with contact center tools and technologies is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Logical and critical thinking skills.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Comfortable with English, capable of reading and writing at a TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent.
