- Deliver an elevated and high-energy client experience in alignment with Tiffany's core brand values.
- Resolve client issues with empathy and escalate as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Build personal connections with clients to support long-term relationship development.
- Manage communications across multiple channels including calls, emails, and live chat.
- Demonstrate brand storytelling and product knowledge to clients.

- Initiate proactive product recommendations to drive client conversion and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and track omni-channel business activities.
- Complete general administrative tasks as needed, including responding to emails and processing eCommerce orders.
- Resolve order-related issues by liaising with internal and external groups.
- Manage order verification for fraud and ensure timely fulfillment.
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience in retail or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions independently or with guidance.
- Familiarity with website technology and internet commerce terminology.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within retail or a call center environment.
High School Certificate or equivalent. Tertiary qualification preferred.
