- Identify buying signals and engage with clients to build credibility through storytelling and discovery.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets across various timeframes.
- Collect and utilize client information to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Strategically approach outreach to secure sales while aligning with the company’s overall strategy.
- Host VIP clients at Tiffany & Co. events and maximize client interaction value through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Build enduring client relationships to inspire brand loyalty and differentiate Tiffany & Co. from competitors.
- Act as a trusted authority, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues with integrity.
- Respond efficiently to client needs, managing calls and correspondence in a multi-tasking environment.

- Previous sales or service experience in a retail or contact center environment.

- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends.
- Authorization to work and remain in the UK.
