- Manage diverse customer needs in a luxury omni-channel environment, including personal shopping, e-commerce, customer service, and retail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build enduring client relationships to inspire brand loyalty.
- Act as a trusted authority and uphold commitments to reduce client effort and resolve inquiries or issues.
- Stay informed about the product range and refresh knowledge regularly.
- Uphold integrity and accountability of internal departments to resolve client dissatisfaction and enhance confidence.
- Collaborate to achieve individual and department sales plans through strategic selling skills.
- Utilize cross-selling, up-selling, and personalization opportunities to maximize customer interaction value.

- Manage calls and written correspondence in a multi-system, multi-tasking environment.
- Consistently meet departmental productivity KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to create a portfolio of relevant clients.
- Leverage portfolio data to execute client outreach plans and celebrate milestone events.
- Authorization to work and remain in the UK.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with website technology, navigation, and e-commerce terminology.
- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends.
Previous sales or service experience in a retail or contact center environment is required.
