- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Innovate to grow business through elevated client experiences.
- Drive sales through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences and act on NPS performance.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, with Spanish preferred.
Beginner level experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred.
