- Foster a clienteling culture to grow outreach business and encourage client development.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance client experience and drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador qualities during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
- Ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
