- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase spend.
- Capture and manage client data effectively.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently creating memorable moments for clients.
- Demonstrate brand passion and ambassadorial qualities during all selling ceremonies.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using client tracking systems.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Italian and English.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
