1. Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, ensuring each experience is extraordinary.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
3. Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to enhance client outreach.
4. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
5. Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
6. Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
7. Deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback to improve services.
8. Demonstrate brand ambassadorship during selling ceremonies using the Tiffany Touch.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in Canada.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.

A minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience is required.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 - $27.03 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.

Eligible for sales commission and other company benefits.
