4. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
5. Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
6. Innovate ways to enhance client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
7. Deliver memorable in-store experiences and execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

A college or university degree is desired.
