- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed business objectives and build a personal client base.
- Promote a culture of customer care and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth.
- Deepen client relationships to encourage long-term loyalty and spending.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Record client data and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate significant sales through repeat business.
- Drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to each client.
- Demonstrate brand passion during each sales ceremony using personal flair.
- Exhibit customer experience behaviors as identified in the TEI (Voice of the Customer Survey) and Tiffany's customer experience vision.
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences and act on TEI performance and client feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-focused sector such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.
- Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-focused sector.
University degree preferred. Degree in Gemology is advantageous.
