- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed business objectives.
- Promote a culture of customer care and reinforce client development to grow the business.
- Deepen client relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term spending.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Record client data and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Drive sales through repeat business and key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to each client.
- Demonstrate brand passion during each sales ceremony using personal flair.
- Exhibit customer experience behaviors as identified in the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) and client experience vision.
- Implement best practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities, creating unique experiences and acting on TEI performance and client feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-focused sector such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse customer base.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury retail.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-focused sector.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Gemology degree is advantageous.
