- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster a clienteling culture.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative strategies to elevate client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences and act on NPS performance.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide personalized styling advice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $18.79 to $25.42 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
