- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster client loyalty.
- Cultivate a clienteling culture, encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and client development.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Innovate ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Demonstrate passion and personal touch during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences and client satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and client-focused mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is desired.
