1. Develop and maintain deep client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship management.
4. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
5. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable client interactions.
6. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during all client engagements.
7. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
8. Respond to client feedback and improve service delivery based on TEI program insights.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and client relationship management.
3. Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
4. Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 – $30.02 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
