- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and utilize client data to enhance customer relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business and key product pillars.
- Enhance the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for clients.
- Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during each selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales.
- Multilingual proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $22.19 – $30.02 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
