- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $22.19 – $30.02 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
