2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
3. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
4. Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
5. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
6. Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to clients.
7. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
8. Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
7. Fluency in Mandarin.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 – $30.02 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
