- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in clienteling and sales techniques
- Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is desired.
