- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and build personal business.
- Foster a culture of clienteling, encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and client development.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to elevate client experiences and grow business.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback to enhance service.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide personalized styling advice.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field.
A college/university degree is preferred.
