- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed business objectives.
- Promote a culture of customer care and foster client development to grow the business.
- Deepen client relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term spending.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Record client data and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive sales through repeat business and key product pillars.
- Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Demonstrate brand passion during each sales ceremony, using personal touch.
- Exhibit customer experience behaviors as identified in the TEI (Voice of the Customer Survey) and Tiffany's customer experience vision.
- Implement best practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities, creating unique experiences and acting on TEI performance and client feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with diverse client bases.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Customer service excellence.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
University degree preferred. Degree in Gemology is a plus.
