12. Implement best practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities, creating unique experiences and acting on TEI performance and client feedback.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving business results.
3. Ability to connect with diverse client bases.
4. Flexibility in working hours.
5. Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.

University degree preferred. Degree in Gemology is a plus.
