- Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, utilizing personal style to enhance the customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed business objectives and build personal business.
- Promote a culture of customer care and entrepreneurial spirit to drive client development and business growth.
- Deepen client relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term spending.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Record client data and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive significant sales through repeat business with clients.
- Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to each client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during each sales ceremony.
- Exhibit customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI (Voice of the Customer Survey) and Tiffany's customer experience vision.
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences and take action based on TEI performance and client feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexible working hours.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
- Multilingual abilities preferred.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is an advantage.
