6. Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
7. Record client data and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.

9. Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to each client.
10. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during each sales ceremony.
11. Exhibit customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI (Voice of the Customer Survey) and Tiffany's customer experience vision.
12. Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences and take action based on TEI performance and client feedback.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving business results.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Flexible working hours.
5. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

5. Multilingual abilities preferred.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is an advantage.
