- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed business objectives and foster customer loyalty.
- Promote a culture of customer care, entrepreneurial spirit, and client development to drive business growth.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Record client data and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Generate significant sales through repeat business and key product pillars.
- Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to each client.
- Demonstrate brand passion during sales ceremonies, utilizing personal touch.
- Implement best practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities, creating unique experiences.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-facing experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong brand ambassadorship and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer experience optimization.
- Multilingual abilities preferred.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant client-facing experience such as hospitality.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is advantageous.
