- Record client data and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.

- Implement best practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant customer-facing experience.
- Proven track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant customer-facing experience.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is advantageous.
