- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for the Tiffany brand.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and build personal business.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to enhance client development.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase client spend.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture client data and cultivate both new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experience and grow business.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to clienteling.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desired.
A minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality, is required.
