- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spending.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship-building efforts.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, showcasing passion and knowledge during every client interaction.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing the client experience.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
