2. Develop client relationships and exceed sales plans.
3. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
4. Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
5. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
6. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
7. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
8. Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.

1. Must be based and currently hold authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
2. Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
3. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
