- Develops and maintains client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Captures client data and cultivates new and existing client relationships.
- Delivers a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Elevates in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrates passion as a brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Executes best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
