- Deliver outstanding client experiences through authentic brand storytelling and personalised clienteling to achieve store KPIs (sales, client experience, operational excellence).
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team on the floor; lead by example to drive performance and professional growth.
- Own client development strategies for assigned advisors, monitor results and optimise outreach across omnichannel touchpoints.
- Act as a key holder: support store opening/closing procedures, workforce planning and ensure compliance with Tiffany & LVMH operational policies.
- Analyse market dynamics and competitor activity; build networks within the local community to enhance the client experience and grow the client base.
- Champion adoption of new tools and ways of working; liaise with headquarters to test, share feedback and support roll‑out of systems and programs.
- Minimum three years' experience in retail, luxury retail or a relevant client‑facing environment (e.g., hospitality).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrable experience in omnichannel luxury sales and clienteling initiatives.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or other high‑touch client-facing roles, with a measurable record of sales achievement and client development.
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist qualification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is desirable.
