- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships.
- Passion for luxury retail, with jewelry or watch expertise preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of luxury etiquette.
- Experience with sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Authorization to work in the UK.
- Sales and clienteling expertise in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digital proficiency with omnichannel tools.
- Adaptability and professionalism.
- Resilience and collaborative attitude.
Minimum 3 years in a luxury retail environment or client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
