- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships.
- Passion for luxury retail environments; expertise in jewelry or watches is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of luxury etiquette and service orientation.
- Experience in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
- Digitally savvy with omnichannel tools.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related field such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
