1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships.
3. Experience in an omnichannel luxury environment.
4. Ability to deploy sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
5. Passion for luxury retail.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
8. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
9. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

1. Sales and clienteling expertise in luxury retail.
2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
4. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
