- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships.
- Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Passion for luxury retail.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and clienteling.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America coursework is advantageous.
