1. Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships.
3. Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
4. Passion for luxury retail.
5. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
7. Proficiency with Point of Sales systems and Microsoft Outlook.
8. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

3. Proficiency in sales strategies and clienteling.
4. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
5. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America coursework is advantageous.
