- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships.
- Experienced in sales and clienteling within an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Passion for luxury retail and collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
