1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships.
3. Experienced in sales and clienteling within an omnichannel luxury environment.
4. Passion for luxury retail and collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
7. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
