- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and commitment during every client interaction.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field.
A college/university degree is preferred.
