- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Enhance the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for clients.
- Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize client experiences.
- Authorization to work in the UK.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Mandarin, Arabic, or Thai, is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
