2. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and lifetime loyalty.

1. Authorization to work in the UK.
2. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
4. Proficiency in a second language, particularly Mandarin, Arabic, or Thai, is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
