- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Capture and manage client data.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the UK.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Mandarin, Arabic, or Thai.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is preferred.
