- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client's experience.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships, ensuring a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences and act on feedback.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building personal business.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
