1. Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client's experience.
2. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.
3. Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships, ensuring a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
4. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
5. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences and act on feedback.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building personal business.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
