- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance customer relationship management.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring each client interaction is memorable.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, showcasing passion and expertise during every client engagement.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing the client experience.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail environments.
A college or university degree is preferred.
