- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong brand ambassador capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
