Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor — Incheon Airport Duty Free

1. Develop and execute individual sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets within the Incheon Airport duty‑free environment.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and relationship cultivation with new and existing customers.
3. Maintain and enhance Tiffany brand value through luxury‑level presentation, merchandising and customer engagement.
4. Manage store operations including product handling, merchandising, inventory control and regular stocktaking in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
5. Accurately record and reconcile sales transactions and update the sales/POS system in a timely manner.

1. Minimum three years' experience in luxury jewellery sales, preferably within boutique or duty‑free retail.
2. Demonstrated ability to understand, set and achieve individual and store sales targets.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for clienteling and relationship management.
4. Willingness and ability to work flexible, shift‑based schedules required for airport retail operations.
5. Candidates with a jewellery‑related degree or gemological certification are preferred.
