2. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding sales targets.
4. Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
5. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
6. Capture and cultivate client data to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
7. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
8. Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
9. Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
10. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.
4. Ability to connect with clients and build relationships.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.

A college/university degree is desired.
