- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to build new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments consistently.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Vietnamese.
- Ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is desired.
