1. Passion for customer service and sales.
2. 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles with targets and KPIs.
3. Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse clientele.
4. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
6. Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or TOCFL3 preferred) is an advantage.
