1. 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles for Client Advisor; 4-5 years for Senior Client Advisor.
2. Proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs in a luxury retail setting.

1. Passion for customer service and sales in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to establish meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
3. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
